Sinhron is a work-task application for organizations. This policy explains what information the app uses and why.
When you sign in, we use your Google account identifier, name and email address to identify your account and connect you to an organization. The app may also store organization membership, assigned tasks, task status, comments, completion times, presence status and photos attached to work reports.
We use this information to authenticate users, assign and display work, synchronize reports between employees and managers, provide offline synchronization and generate requested work reports.
Sinhron uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage to provide sign-in, synchronization and data storage. Information is processed by these providers only to operate the service.
Work information is shared only with members of the same organization according to their role. We do not sell personal information. Organization data remains available while the organization account is active and may be deleted by the manager or on request.
We use authenticated access and Firebase security controls. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may sign out, request correction or deletion of your account data, or ask the organization manager to remove your membership. Contact us at openmeet@googlegroups.com.
Sinhron is intended for workplace use and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy when the service changes. The current version will always be available at this address.
